Cookie Policy & Privacy Choices
Effective and Last Updated: October 11, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how QwickPe Tech LLP uses cookies, browser local storage, similar technologies and consent-controlled third-party content on qwickpe.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
2. What These Technologies Are
A cookie is a small text file stored by a website in your browser. Local storage is a browser feature that can keep a small preference record on your device. Third-party embeds can send network and device information to their provider when loaded, even if no cookie is set.
3. Our Default
On a first visit, optional Analytics and External Content are off. The consent banner offers Reject optional, Choose settings and Accept all. Rejecting optional technology does not block access to ordinary site content or forms.
Your record contains the policy version, choice source, categories and an ISO-formatted timestamp. It is stored only in this browser under qwickpe_consent_v1 for up to 12 months. It is not synced to a QwickPe user account.
4. Technology We Use
| Category | Technology / provider | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary | qwickpe_consent_v1 — QwickPe local storage | Records privacy choices so the site can honour them. | Up to 12 months or until cleared. |
| Necessary | Firebase / Google Cloud | Processes requested forms, approved public testimonials, security rules and operational logs. We do not use Firebase Analytics. | Request or service duration; server records follow the Privacy Policy. |
| Necessary | Cloudflare | May deliver static website files, apply security controls and create limited network/security logs. It is not used here for behavioural advertising. | Request and security-log duration under our provider settings and the Privacy Policy. |
| Analytics — optional | _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics | Counts visits and helps us understand site use. Google Signals, advertising storage and ad personalisation are disabled. | Commonly up to 2 years, unless deleted earlier. |
| External content — optional | Google Maps embed | Displays the office map. Google may receive IP address, browser/device details and set or read provider-controlled storage. | Controlled by Google; see Google's policies. |
5. Changing or Withdrawing Your Choice
Use the fixed Privacy choices button or the Cookie settings link in the footer at any time. Withdrawal is applied immediately for future use. When Analytics is withdrawn, QwickPe disables further Google Analytics activity and attempts to expire first-party _ga cookies for qwickpe.com. You can also clear site data in browser settings.
A browser may not let a website delete storage set on another provider's domain. Use that provider's or your browser's controls for third-party data.
6. Google Analytics and External Content
Google Analytics is not downloaded until Analytics is allowed. We configure it without advertising storage, Google Signals or personalised advertising. Google Maps is replaced by a privacy placeholder until External Content is allowed. A direct “Open in Google Maps” link takes you to Google under Google's own terms.
7. Browser Signals
Because there is no uniform technical standard for “Do Not Track,” the site relies on the visible Privacy Choices control. We do not use cross-site behavioural advertising or sell personal data.
8. Changes and Contact
If we add a new optional category or materially change the purpose of an existing one, we will update this policy version and ask again where appropriate.
