Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective and Last Updated: October 11, 2026

Overview

This policy applies when a Buyer and Cardholder use QwickPe for a purchase on an external marketplace (the "Merchant"). It forms part of the Terms of Service. A transaction summary may provide more specific dates or steps; it will not reduce a right that applicable consumer law gives you.

The Android app is free to download. Installing or uninstalling it does not create or cancel a Merchant order, deal, payout, subscription, refund or account-deletion request.

QwickPe does not sell, pack or deliver the product. Merchant return rules apply to the product, while this policy explains the QwickPe-side cancellation, evidence, settlement and refund process.

Definitions

  • Buyer: the user requesting access to an eligible offer.
  • Cardholder: the user who chooses to fulfil the order using an authorised eligible card.
  • Merchant: the external marketplace or seller where the order is placed.
  • Payment Partner: the bank or appropriately authorised payment-service provider handling collection, hold, payout or refund, where applicable.

1. Cancelling an Order

  • Before placement: a Buyer may cancel a request before the Cardholder confirms merchant order placement. Any collected amount will be released or reversed through the Payment Partner.
  • After placement: the Buyer must first use the Merchant's cancellation process. As soon as the Merchant confirms cancellation, the Buyer should update the QwickPe transaction and upload the confirmation.
  • Missed placement deadline: if a Cardholder does not place the order within the displayed period, QwickPe may cancel the match and ask the Payment Partner to reverse the Buyer's payment.
  • After dispatch: cancellation depends on the Merchant and delivery partner. Refusing delivery does not always create an immediate refund; the Merchant may first need to record the item as returned.

Late notice can delay verification or allow a scheduled payout to progress, but does not automatically remove a statutory refund right. Contact support immediately if the in-app update is unavailable.

2. Returns, Damaged or Incorrect Items

The Buyer must start the return with the Merchant within the Merchant's return window, follow pickup or shipping instructions, and update QwickPe promptly. For damaged, incorrect, missing or allegedly counterfeit items, keep packaging and provide relevant photos, video, tracking or support correspondence where reasonably requested.

The Merchant decides product return eligibility under its policy and applicable law. QwickPe reviews only the connected settlement between Buyer and Cardholder and does not replace the Merchant's warranty or consumer obligations.

For a partial return, exchange, replacement, price adjustment or missing item, only the Merchant-confirmed amount is used to recalculate the connected Buyer refund and Cardholder reward. A coupon, bank discount, instant discount, cashback or reward may be reduced or reversed under the Merchant or issuer's rules.

3. Refund Route and Timing

Where the Cardholder paid the Merchant, a merchant refund will ordinarily return to that card. The expected route is:

Merchant → Cardholder's issuing bank → verification → Buyer's original payment method or another lawful method displayed in the transaction.

  • QwickPe will initiate or instruct the Payment Partner to initiate the Buyer's refund within five business days after the merchant refund is confirmed and required checks are complete.
  • After initiation, the Buyer's bank or payment rail may take additional time. The reference number and then-current estimate should be shown in the transaction or supplied by support.
  • For a failed or unplaced order, reversal timing follows the Payment Partner and applicable RBI turnaround-time requirements; it is not described as instant unless the provider confirms an instant reversal.
  • A genuine Merchant deduction (for example, a disclosed return-shipping charge) may be passed through only where permitted by law and supported by the Merchant's refund record.
  • A cancelled or fully returned order normally cancels the related Cardholder commission. Any exception will be shown before the transaction.

If the Buyer supplied incorrect payout or bank details, a failed transfer may need to return from the banking rail before it can be reissued. QwickPe may require ownership verification before changing a beneficiary. We do not ask for a UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or OTP to issue a refund.

4. Disputes and Temporary Holds

Submit a dispute as soon as possible and within the deadline shown in the transaction. We may consider the order record, delivery tracking, Merchant communication, refund reference, user messages and submitted evidence. Both parties will have a reasonable chance to provide relevant information.

Where funds are with a Payment Partner, QwickPe may ask that payout remain paused only for a reasonable investigation period allowed by law and partner terms. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and provide a decision or progress update within 30 days. If an external Merchant or bank delay prevents resolution, we will explain the reason and next review date rather than automatically treating the Buyer as ineligible.

5. Shipping and Delivery

The Merchant and logistics provider control packing, shipping, tracking and delivery. Their disclosed charges and timelines apply. QwickPe will assist with connected records but does not itself carry the product.

6. Fraud, Evidence and Chargebacks

We may reject a claim supported by fabricated or manipulated evidence after a fair review and may restrict an account or report suspected unlawful conduct. A user should not initiate a knowingly false or duplicate chargeback. This does not prevent a good-faith chargeback or complaint available under card-network, banking or consumer law.

7. Fees

A fee is non-refundable only if it was clearly disclosed, the associated QwickPe service was fully supplied, and applicable law permits non-refundability. A fee will be refunded where required because the service was not supplied, was deficient, was charged incorrectly, or consumer law otherwise requires it. There are no hidden deductions.

A change in product price, a better later offer, expiry of an issuer promotion or change of mind does not by itself create a QwickPe refund right after a valid Merchant order is placed, though the Merchant's cancellation/return policy and mandatory consumer rights still apply.

8. Tracking a Refund

Use the transaction page or contact support with the QwickPe Order ID, Merchant order ID, cancellation/return confirmation and refund reference if available. Support will provide a ticket or traceable reference for the complaint.

9. Duplicate, Failed and Unrecognised Transactions

If you see a duplicate debit, failed payment, wrong amount or unrecognised transaction, do not repeat payment until the status is checked. Report it through in-app support or the contact details below and also notify your bank or payment provider where appropriate. Temporary banking authorisations may disappear automatically; confirmed debits are traced using the partner reference and applicable payment-rail rules.

10. Account Closure with an Open Transaction

An account-deletion request does not erase an unpaid amount, open order, return, payout, chargeback or dispute. We may restrict access and retain the minimum records needed to complete or defend that matter. Once resolved, remaining personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and your verified deletion request.

11. App-Store Purchases

QwickPe currently facilitates marketplace activity for physical goods or external Merchant transactions; those refunds are not handled by Google Play. If we later sell a digital subscription or in-app digital item through Google Play or Apple, cancellation and refund requests for the store-billed charge may need to be made through that store, subject to the checkout terms and applicable law.

12. Consumer Rights and Escalation

QwickPe's review is not the final word where law provides an external remedy. You may approach the Merchant, issuing bank, Payment Partner, National Consumer Helpline, consumer commission, regulator or court with jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy caps or waives a non-excludable statutory right.

13. Contact Us

For a cancellation, return or refund issue, include your Order ID and avoid sending a CVV, PIN, OTP or banking password.
